Nothing will fall through the cracks at your facility when you use the new PMXAlerts Module! Automatic email reminders ensure that the right people know what is happening at all times. Don’t want to get caught short on inventory items again? PMXAlerts will send you an email whenever inventory items drop down to reorder levels. Worried that services are being ignored? You can receive reminder and escalation notices for overdue services. PMXAlerts can also be configured to let you know when Work Orders are created and closed and when Requests are created, assigned or performed. You can also stay in the purchasing loop by receiving notifications when Purchase Orders are created, authorised and received.
PMXAlerts informs you when:
- An Asset Service is overdue
- Inventory is down to re-order levels
- A Work Order has been created or completed
- A Purchase Order has been created, authorised or received
- A Request has been created, assigned to a work order or performed
Setting up the PMXAlerts Module is quick and easy. Simply select the recipients and enter the interval required before and between notifications. The many options ensure that notifications will be sent when you want and to whom you want. The pre-set Messages and Subjects allow recipients to quickly determine what needs to be done when they receive the emails.
